Breakfast

Our three-course, gourmet Breakfast changes daily and is served at 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. We include house baked breads and muffins or pastries, seasonal fruits, yogurts, parfaits or cheeses and a savory hot entrée. We revel in the sumptuous Oregon bounty available in the local area and excite in offering what the seasons allow.

A sample breakfast would start with fresh baked croissants served with locally sourced raspberry jam, followed by our granola parfait with vanilla greek yogurt, housemade blueberry compote and housemade lemon curd. Orange juice and blueberry pomegranate juice are also offered.

Your hot entree may be Caprese Baked Eggs which starts with a layer of cherry tomatoes sprinkled with mozzarella, roasted garlic seasoning and fresh basil. This is topped with two eggs and lightly covered with more tomato and mozzarella and baked until the cheese is bubbling.

Staying a few nights? Your next breakfast might start with our house-baked Raspberry Coconut Almond Bread and lemon ricotta crepes with fresh raspberry and housemade raspberry curd. Another favorite main dish to follow may be a light crustless quiche with sauteed mushrooms and swiss. We use the freshest possible seasonal ingredients available from our local growers.

Our dining room is set in a Provencal style with individual tables provided for our guests. This allows you to chat with fellow bed and breakfast guests or focus on your travelling companion as is your preference.

Dietary Preferences

Food allergies or special diets? Please inform us of your dietary restrictions and preferences when you reserve your room or at check in. For extreme allergies it is best to know in advance so that we might plan accordingly.

Coffee Room

Our Coffee Room in the main house is stocked with a Keurig coffeemaker and plenty of choices of roasts, hot chocolate, and teas to choose whenever you are in need. Morning begins with the scent of Graffeo’s Dark Italian Roast coffee brewing in the kitchen. 

Guests in the Vacation Cottage have the luxury of their own Keurig coffeemakers in their private kitchens, which we stock with a variety of coffees and fixings. We have two seatings for breakfast in the Main House dining room: 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.

If your schedule requires an earlier departure, we offer a Continental Breakfast to go at a prearranged hour.
