For as long as she can remember, Erin’s life has revolved around hospitality. Her journey in the world of luxury resorts took her from the dramatic coastlines of Big Sur and the majestic peaks of Colorado to the legendary greens of Bandon Dunes right here in Oregon. But along the way, she discovered that true luxury isn't about the size of a resort, it’s about the depth of the connection.

During her time as Director of Food & Beverage at Bandon Dunes, Erin fell completely in love with Oregon Wine Country. She didn't just want to visit the Willamette Valley; she wanted to plant roots here, build relationships with local wineries, and create a haven where travelers could truly slow down. In December of 2017, that dream became a reality when she became the Owner and Innkeeper of A' Tuscan Estate.

Armed with a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Purdue University and decades of fine-dining and resort experience (including managing the historic Ski Tip Lodge), Erin has poured her lifetime of expertise into this historic property.
